Hi All, just in the past months i have changed my diet to high protein and low carbs and increase my exercise. I have lost 11lbs and have another stone to lose:(.

    Typcial Day

    Brekkie - Eggs/Cottage Chesse/Piece of friut

Lunch Salad - Lean Meat or Fish - Green leafy lettuce, tomatoes, cumcumber etc

Dinner - 1/4 of a plate of Lean Meat or Fish - 3/4 of a plate of veg/Stirfry Veg

Snacks max 3 of the following per day - 30g of Cheese, 10 Almonds, Low Fat Yogurt, apple, pear, small orange.

My question is does anyone know of a high protein low carb bread available to buy or a recipe.

almond bread should do the trick really easy to make it, this makes 2 thin slices but very filling, use 50g of almond flour if you want really think slices

    30g almond flour
    1 egg
    8g coconut oil(or butter) melted
    8g baking powder

beat egg,and add rest of ingredients and mix,

put half the mixture into a dish about the size of a round pita bread and microwave for 50-80 seconds
