One person was lying motionless (collapsed) by the side of road under a lamp post and by seeing this first car signalled(as per driver) and stopped close to kerb.Second car hit its rear and stopped without making much damage to both. Third car driven by me hit second cars rear and damaging my front and its rear. I was distracted by the collapsed person, couldn't react in time to sudden stop ahead. will it be still 100% my fault? any experts?

First car claims off the seconds insurance.
The second claims off you, you are the third

Just a minor accident, nobody hurt.
    Don't stress over it

Looks like you are at fault certainly for hitting the second car - you said there was not much damage after the first 2 cars collided - was there additional damage to the first car after you hit the second car i.e did you shunt the second car on to the first car causing more damage?

    thanks for the reply.
There is no damage between first & second car.
Only damage is to my front and second cars rear.

    Yep, and rightly so.

You will need to sort it out with the owner of the car you hit...it was a 100% your fault.
