CD of wedding images

I was just wondering what people do when they offer cd's with the images from the wedding to the couple. As in how do they present the actual CD?
Obviously just giving them a regular CD in a case is an option, but to make it nicer it seemed like a good idea to get a custom cd made with a nice box or case or whatever.
Iv been scouring the web and it has given a few result but i was just wondering what site/company/supplier people use for this?

I use presentation boxes that I get out in JM Photo. You can put a photo on the front and inside cover. They are faux leathery looking and are better than a cd in a case.

We present ours on a USB card. See the link below.

what i've done in the past, was print directly onto the CD/DVD and use either a clear jewel case or pop a photograph & instructions (for slide show) onto the front & back.
Recently been trying out Vimeo to proof my slide shows/vids - it's looking promising :)

Darren, I like those USB cards - what's the capacity and how would they compare pricewise to DVD production?

I like the clear jewel cases too and ues an Epson R360 to print directly onto the discs.

The ones I looked into had anything from 256MB up to 32GB and they cost about 15 times the price of a CD/DVD but when you add in the cost of a presentation case for the DVD then the price between it and the Flash Drive was about the same.

However you can buy the presentation cases in ones but the minimum order for the Flash Drives is 50 (25 in some places but the cost is higher) so the initial outlay can be quite high.
