I managed to configure a decent PC for a good price, but I've heard a lot of conflicting comments regarding their reliability/trustworthiness. So what recent experiences do people have? I really don't want to spend all that money just to experience crappy customer support or wrong components being installed like I've heard…

Check out the Building & Upgrading forum, if you don't find a suitable thread that relates to what you want to do with your pc, then start a new thread and they'll sort you out.
