2 bumpers for 100 Euro? Problem is that there's little or no point in you doing the prep work. A spray painter can't trust someone else's prep work - they'll need to cover it all with guide coat and sand with a block to make sure theres no peaks/troughs/divets, then prime, wet sand, degrease, tack cloth, apply several layers of base, apply lacquer, bake, wet sand and polish again.

Cost for materials alone would be close to the price you're willing to pay, let alone labour.

Going rate for painting bumpers would be 200-250 each, minimum.

If you can get someone to paint bumpers properly at 50 euro each, post the details here and they will get lots of work !
