SEI Grant for Internal Dry Lining

Hi, has anyone applied for this grant in the past 12 months? Am living in Northside Dublin and would like to know how anyone got on with their application. Had four contractors over from the SEI list and some told me that the SEI will insist on me pulling tiles off my bathroom wall (external facing wall) and will insist on me drylining it before they will give me the grant. Anyone else in the same situation. Anyone absolutely delighted with the contractor they got and willing to recommend to me? Any advice/suggestions gratefully received. Many thanks.
