hey lads im just wondering about the frequency of rotator cuff work to recover from an injury, now before you say it the physio told me to do the work and, showed me the exercises, but never gave me anything other than "do sets of 12", never said anything about how many sets or how often(per week)??

I would ring him or drop him an email, no need to fork out for another session when he forgot to tell you.

What somebody's physio told them might not suit you, can't be giving out what is in effect medical advice.
