Are Paddy Power likely to pay out on an accumularor that has this for a Munich away win, or will they claim it's a 1?

Concede it's vague and I should have checked.

    They might,
Bring it in and see what they say. Is it one of those sheets with 2 copies and you keep the front or back, if you have the copy the 2 may be more obvious on the original.

No, I just received the slip.

Will they have the sheet I filled out and handed in?

to be honest it may depend on the manager on the day, my reading of it is it DOES look like a 1 from the screenshot. Is it a big payout/are you a regular in the shop? People are always trying to scam bookies in various ways and if I was still working in a bookies and didn't know you and the fact that it does look like a 1 then I would think you may have been chancing your arm.

That being said it may have clearly been a 2 on the actual docket itself so when registering the bet in the system it may be marked as a winner. Bring the docket in and let them scan it and see if they say its a winner or not.

If they aren't going to pay out but you are sure the original docket would show a 2 more clearly (and NB that all other results on it have come up to!) then you could ask them to check the original but it might take a bit of time for them to sort though a previous days dockets and find this one so I'd offer to call back in a few hours/the next day so as not to put pressure on the cashier as the shop may be busy when you call in etc... (I use to work as a cashier in ladbrokes and at the time we had to bundle all the days dockets together. I expect this would be standard in case of queries such as yours but who knows what other places do)

Be polite and patient in your dealings with staff. they are used to dealing with a lot of chancres and people can be quick to get angry with them (understandable when moneys involved I guess) but doing so is not likely to help your cause.

    Great reply, cheers.

    No, it's a €3 bet on with odds of no more than 11/12 - 1, I suspect.

Down to my own stupidity, sure.
