I want to add a bit of colour to a dress I have and am thinking of adding a belt. Ideally I'd just like to use a length of fabric, maybe satin or lace. Then use that as a belt and tie it in a bow. But I'm trying to think of a shop in Dublin that will sell stuff like that. Any ideas?

Hickeys on Henry St, Woolen Mills on Liffey St, Murphy Sheehy on Castle St. (between Powerscourt centre and Georges Arcade) or TWI on Mountjoy Square.
