    Need a new PC. Just need something for working with Excel word. Must include a monitor too. Wireless internet is necessary. Also it will be a company PC. Heavy storage is needed. Thanks

    I love to reply to these threads telling you to go to the PC Building and Upgrading thread and get some help there to pick out the right components for you and get the PC built for you. Building is generally cheaper than buying off the shelf :)

    But if you just want a very basic computer getting a pre-built one might be just as cheap. What's the budget for the whole thing?

    500 is way too much for what you are looking for. i would say look on adverts for a cheap computer with a monitor shouldn't cost any more than 100!
