Revolution in Yemen ?

    Apparently there has been an 8 month revolution happening in Yemen .....

    Anybody hear or see anything about this in the news these last few months ?

    The pro-US rulers are not very popular it would seem .

    It may well happen that after Libya is "sorted" the U.N/NATO circus may shift it's attention to Aden...oops sorry Yemen.

    Some of the older RAF hands may well be familiar with the territory ?

    I dont think so , Its got to be Syria next .

    They wouldn't want to shake up the american interest in Yemen .

    The real prize for the west would be the overthrow of Ahmadinejad in Iran .

    That would put the crown on western domination of the middle east .

    Yes its a constant story on most of the main news sites. Search for Yemen on the BBC News site and you get at least 30 articles to do with protests and unrest in Yemen.

    Very sad for the people of Yemen, neither a credible government nor opposition, not much the West can do it seems.
