    Looking for a good recomdation for somebody to service my laptop. It has gone painfully slow. Any ideas ???

    Well it depends how its slow, is it the internet connection that's slow or the general running of it e.g. opening applications, saving files, etc...

    You could ask for some advice over in the computer forum. If you specify laptop make, model, operating system, and types of issues you are seeing you might get some advice on things to try.

    Typically if its old, the easy solution is just to re-install the operating system so you basically have a near new PC again however you need to backup offline all key files and applications before doing that.
