First Interview

I have my first ever interview some time next week (I'm 29, but have worked for my family for the last 10 years).

I'm not that worried about the interview itself because I'm confident in my abilities, it's what to wear that worries me.

I remember being told in 4th year that a woman should always wear a skirt to an interview, but they're just not 'me'. A friend has said that looking feminine probably wouldn't hurt, but it's not difficult to look feminine in high-waisted slacks and a tailored shirt. I was wondering what the norm is these days.

Meh ,trouser suit vs. skirt really makes no difference - just be well turned out (preferably a suit ) , avoid ' business casual ' at interview stage.
