Hi guys, hope you can help, i think its basic enough though.

basically i'm applying for my student grand with less than a week to go, not ideal but hey.

i had downloaded and printed the student grand form and course acceptance form and filled out all my relevant details and attached any necessary documents (birth cert, proof of previous earnings by my parents etc.). bundled them all into an envelope and as i went to post them today, i noticed that finding a postal address for my local (Wicklow) VEC was quite difficult. so i rang Wicklow country buildings who as soon as they heard the word 'grant' cut me off and passed me on to a recorded message that basically said contact is impossible, feck off.

i did gather from the gist of the recorded message though that co. Wicklow apparently are only accepting applications online and not by post, is this correct?

i have registered to apply online and received my confirmation email, but when i click the link in the email it starts to link me to a secure page that is loading extremely slowly (been loading over 15 minutes now and hasn't appeared). is this due to high traffic or is there something wrong.

can someone please just tell me how to get my application in via post or internet please, i'm really struggling :(

if this info is necessary i completed my leaving cert in 2008 and am applying to do a level 5 PLC course this year.

    thanks so much in advance.

stick it in the post to Wicklow VEC

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

No because then you'd be applying twice
