I think this might be my first bargain alert It is an unusual one in that it is for a very specific product in a sale.

Burton.co.uk are having a 20% off shoe sale. Now in general that isn't a huge deal, their shoes don't really look very inspiring. Except... they stock a particular Loake brogue that is just gorgeous. By coincidence I priced basically the same shoe in Debenhams yesterday and it was €278 (http://www.debenhams.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?parentCategoryId=&searchTerm=loake&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&productId=1346028&storeName=Debenhams.ie&storeId=10052). This isn't out of the ballpark for hand made leather soled brogues.

They are normally £125 (pounds) on burton.co.uk. Take the 20% off that becomes £100. Then apply your 10% welcome discount (just sign up for their newsletter to get the code) and you down to £90. Add in £3.95 delivery and you have a total of £93.95. On paypal that became €109, your mileage might vary w a credit card.

In Barratts shoes in London. Paid £150 for them, so I'm slightly relieved that exact model isn't in the offer!
