Looking for best offering in Westmeath

I am currently looking for a 'midband' provider for a relative of mine who is based in Westmeath. They live in Rosemount which is outside of Moate. They can't get DSL, in fact Eircom still have a DACS splitter on the line from when they charged her to put a second line in a few years ago solely for internet access.
