    Hi All.

I applied for my first ever grant (online) a few days ago and im now in the process of gathering up the documents on the checklist, but i was wondering whether the letters and stuff im sending off to the local council has to be the originals or if photocopies will do?

    Thanks in advance :)

They require originals for the grant and they will return them to you..( I handed them personally at the council office didn't like the thought of them in the post and had them handed back to me by a member of staff after they photocopied and stamped them)

Go onto the student finances section on boards, every scenario is up there!!!...Loads of info too!!

But from other posts with this problem it seems that you have to get a letter from grant office stating that you are waiting for decision
