Twitching steering wheel

I'm getting a slightly twitching feeling from the steering wheel of my car. It occurs whether I'm accelerating or at a constant speed. Had in a local tire centre about a week ago who said it just needed balancing, which they did. However, the issue is still there. I've checked tire pressures which are correct. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Could be badly buckled rim, but they might have spotted that when balancing.

That's what I thought initially but the lads that did the balance said there was no buckle. Reading on an owners forum it is possibly an idiosyncrasy of the car itself (Honda Accord). Some others blame tires of the issue.

Low profile tyres can caus it in mine, ive 18' rims on mine and the car wheel wobbles like a drunk ukranian at speed. Maybe its something similar on yours?

    Possibly. 17's on mine.

I was concerned it there might be something else causing it e.g. track rod ends. The "twitch" isn't what I would call severe.

I had something similar with my car on 18's. Balanced multiple times but never quite went away fully. Swapped the cheapy tyres the other day and hey presto alls as it should be.

What condition are your tyres in? What make?
