Desire problems

    Anyone any idea what's going on with my HTC Desire

    I had an issue for a week when the microphone stopped working. That seems to be working grand again.

    Now it reboots randomly. It will work grand one day and the next it will reboot every five minutes. Yesterday switching network mode from GSM/WCDMA auto to GSM caused a reboot.

    I also have no mobile reception most of the time.

    And my fmradio doesn't work. Or it does work. Or it works for a minute and then gives static.

    I've the phone rooted and am running leedroid 2.5

    Did you have to flash the radio when you flashed Leedroid? Having the wrong radio rom can cause problems, although none of the symptoms you mention are familiar.

    Other than that the obvious course of action is a different rom. I'm using Cyanogenmod and I like it but you may want sense.

    Your problems seem pretty low level (hardware or OS) so hopefully the OS.

    It sounds like an issue with your radio. Hard to tell as of yet whether it's a hardware or software issue. Try flashing a new radio and see if it fixes anything.

    To add to the above list, the clock keeps going out of sync. For example, it'll be right when I go to bed, but in the morning it'll be 30 minutes fast and a while later it'll fix itself.

    I flashed to the latest radio the other day but unfortunately no change.

    I think I'll be changing to a new mod whenever I get the chance and hopefully that'll sort it.
