What exercises can I do with a broken collarbone?

About 10 weeks ago I broke my collarbone in a Gaelic match and unfortunately I re-broke it again 2 days ago. So I'm back to square one.

I had just gotten back to a level of fitness I was happy with after the injury and I'm trying not to fall to ****e like last time. Generally, when I'm not training I tend to fall away pretty quickly and it takes a lot of time to get back up to where I was

I'm gonna keep a much better eye on my diet over the next few weeks for starters, but can anyone recommend what I can/should be doing over the next few weeks that will help me sustain a level of fitness?

Pretty down about being set back again, so I'm trying to be a bit more proactive about things this time. Before the break my week consisted of ~21k of jogging a week with gym work focusing on my back and shoulders, as well as, the usual bench, squats and deadlifts.
