Test drive and insurance

I want to take a test drive from a dealer for a private motor vehicle. I have comprehensive commercial insurance which won't cover me. I am name driver on my wife's private insurance, which likewise won't cover me.
What are my options? Do dealers have a policy to cover test drivers?0
