Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but i need some advice.

I was working out friday night, nothing stressful at all. and when i woke up on saturday i had an almighty pain in my left shoulder blade running up my neck. It feels like a crick like when you sleep funny but it hasnt gone away since then.

My girlfriend also noticed some swelling in my left shoulder blade, should i go to the doctor and get it checked out?
