Sky in apartments

    Hi,

I am moving into a new apartment which does not have UPC. I decided to move to sky and gave them a call. I was told that building is pre-wired for sky as they have common dish for entire apartment block. I was asked to call 0818300240 to order sky. Now, looks like this number belongs to one of the sky's contractors and I have been trying to call them since last week but all I manage to do is reach voice mail. I left voice mail with my name, address and number (as suggested) but I have not received any callback. I went to sky store in stephens green and the person there also asked me to call same number, but I guess calling that number is fruitless.

Any suggestions on how I may contact sky?

I am really angry with sky at this stage:mad::mad::mad:

If the apartment's pre-wired for Sky I don't know why they can't do self-install. They do it in the UK and UPC do it here if a premises is preinstalled with cable connections.

Hooking up Sky is very very easy if the dish is already there.
