Help Me Get Me Fit

    Hey all,

    I'm looking to get fit, lose some fat and basically get my body looking better and performing better.

    At this moment in time I'm weighing in at 210 lbs at a 5ft 11"

    I have recently got my hands on a bench, bars and some weights(of course:D) and I've also got a bike...Unfortunately its not a road bike but a mountain bike.

    So lets start with my wrights session this morning...

    Bench Press

    12* 19kg
    10* 28kg
    8* 32.6kg
    5* 37kg
    3* 41.6

    Barbell Curl

    12* 19kg
    10* 23.6kg
    8* 25.8kg
    5* 28.2kg
    3* 30.2kg

    Dumbbell Shrugs

    18* 11kg
    15* 13.2kg
    12* 15.6kg
    10* 20kg

    Dumbbell Rows

    12* 10kg
    10* 12.2kg
    8* 14.6kg
    5* 16kg
    3* 19.2kg

    As i've said, this is just the start...

    I've also started to do a little cycling...

    Over the weekend I've went for two cycles...

    Distance:18.826km
    Time: 51.14
    Average Speed: 21.9km/hr

    Sunday:
    Distance:18.796km
    Time: 50.45
    Average Speed: 21.9km/hr

    Monday(Today):
    Distance:18.806km
    Time: 48.13
    Average Speed: 23.4km/hr

    Any help and feedback would be much appreciated, my first goal is to either trip a couple of inches off my belly or else lose 5-7lbs over the next 4 weeks...Would like to know if that's a realistic goal?

    you need a proper weights program,its not much use doing the same 4 things everyday, maybe someone would like to advise here?
