Delta 164 and 165 cancelled today, Reason?

    Obviously 165 was cancelled as the inbound aircraft never arrived. Any idea why 164 was cancelled from JFK?

    Delta arrival and departure to JFK operated today. Do you mean why Saturdays flights were cancelled?

    Operational reasons or tech fault lightly to be the reason.

    i was driving by airport at around 2pm and saw a 767 'star alliance' which i presume is the departing delta flight taxing back to the terminal! was odd cos all the planes were landing from irish sea side and this was taxing back towards the terminal from the west end of the airport at aprox 2pm

    not sure what was going on - i presume it was delta

    It would not be DL as they are Sky Team, not Star Alliance.

    It wasn't cancelled today but it had weight balancing issues and 20 pax had to be offloaded.*

    *Could have been the 177 actually
