    Hi Guys,
Anyone got some really good suggestions for hardcore bodyweight exercises?

Some of the best i've seen/heard/thought up of:
    • Door stop Glute ham raise: Use a strong belt off your jeans. Loop in under the door stop and lock the door!
    • Chinups using the door frame - you can buy a 50 euro chin up bar than needs no drill holes which is excellent. Or else you can use the door itself. Just grip the top of the door and away you go. Very hard but excellent
    • 4 legged crawl. Only palms and balls of feet touch the ground - 'walk' up and down the corridor a few times - unreal for shoulders
    • Pistols, bulgarians, hamstringg bridge off bench or gym ball - these dont need any introductions - an absolute must
    • Sitting on a sliothar - myofascial release for all your muscles - forget physios!!
    • Endless situps in 100s of different flavours
    • Handstand Pushups
    Anyone got any others?
    Only good exercises now please!

Preferably posterior chain ones - much harder to think up of. Quiet proud of my ghr with a belt one. I should copyright it lol!

    Thank you!

    Tying / untying shoelaces.

    Great for finger dexterity.
