    Comfrey can help apparently?

What I was told to do.
Blitz some leaves with a little water, use some flour to thicken it and help it stay on, apply to affected area and wrap to keep contact.

Also, make sure you are getting enough calcium, magnesium, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Boron and fish oils. They are all the building blocks of bones, so make surey your body has all the material it needs to fix the break.

I'm not sure if it helped much or not, I don't break bones often enough to tell the difference :)

The lad who told me about it was pretty sure it helps, he'd had a bad car crash and was sure it aided him and others he'd since suggested it to.

He also made a tea out of the leaves but I've no idea how? Just said not to drink too much of it or it can be toxic?

You should be able to buy Comfrey as a plant or maybe seeds in a garden centre.

thanks to both of you for the help..

eileen would you recommend getting the calcium, magnesium, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Boron trough a multi-vitamin of some kind or individually or just trough particular alterations to my diet.??

    thanks

It's expensive but I can highly recommend a combo of fermented cod liver oil and butter oil. The only brand I recommend is green pastures.

They taste rotten but don't bother with the capsules, you need to take about 20 a day to get the same effect.

I've successfully healed a small (non-painful) tooth cavity with this combo. Teeth need the same nutrients as bones after all.

Look for the bone supplements aimed at older women. The better ones should have the full whack.
