Recently stripped a bathroom, moved sink and toilet and installed modern tray and glass screen. The water flow from the hot tap in the sink is very poor. It was fine before. Would you have any suggestions to what might be causing this. Many thanks

is it a trickle or just not as fast as the old tap?

possible airlock also, is there a bath in the same room? if so is it ok

Bath has been removed. New shower tray etc installed. What's the solution to high pressure taps with poor pressure. Connecting a pump?

    connecting a pump yes

depending on the tap their may be a small filter in it which you could remove that may help slightly. most taps come with 2 filters now, one like a guause and the other a bit more open to let more water flow - or remove them completely.

or get a low pressure tap

Presume there's not a partial blockage in the hot water pipe from the work that you were doing (e.g. debris etc.). Might be worth checking the pressure by disconnecting pipe at sink tap - if this gets you in a panic to reconnect the pipe then the pressure's fine going into the tap!! ;)
