My Girlfriend just got some Naga Masala seasoning powder. Neither of us know what should be done with it (Chicken? Lamb? Toilet?)

What should we make with it and how should we use it? Any recipies?

I already Googled it, but didn't find much help.

    Thanks :)

Just season stuff with it - rub it on meat before cooking.
Try using it in place of curry powder.
    Experiment!

Let us know how you get on.

Yeah, that was my conundrum: Do I rub it onto meat, or make a spicy ass curry

At the moment I am leaning towards the spicy ass curry, just wondering what meat would be best, and as I don't know what is in it I don't know what it should replace!

This sounds shadier than when I typed it in my head!

I love lamb or mutton in a curry, so that would be sheep's ass:D

Yeah, I think it will be lamb. If it is a roaring success I will let you know!
