The problem here is that you stopped drinking.

Large bottle of Lucozade for hydration and energy. Bacon Sandwich for salt and soakage. Bar of chocolate or fizzy jellies for that feel good feeling.

If somehow you've managed to stop drinking, I find the best thing to do is eat a good breakfast and keep yourself occupied for the day. Sitting in a dark room moaning about how hung over you are is not a good cure.
