On JBA and spouse offered work

If a person is on JBA and is also claiming for a spouse and the spouse is offered work consisting of one hour per day for the 5 weekdays on minimum wage, will the spouses part of the JBA be stopped completely ?

Yes. She will be working more than the 3 days allowed to still have a claim.
