Have you or a family member or friend got this problem and what was the outcome - help. I suffer dizziness all day and when I try to walk I am getting very wobbly. I am tired all the time and find if very difficult to turn around in bed at night. My leg muscles get very tight - what is wrong with me. My speech is slured…

My speech is slured and my handwriting if very much affected also - I have no aches or pains. I am undergoing tests and so far virtigo has been ruled out. Do you have any information that would help me.
