Maybe not atm but next year I plan to go clubbing in as many countries as possible over the course of three months. Take in the sight's and all that while I'm at it, been saving up for this bad boy for a couple of years so really looking forward to it.

Everyone's idea of living life will be different though so some out there will think this is the stupidest idea they've ever heard.

If you aren't dead, you are by definition "living" your life OP.

For this reason, I reckon this idiotic thread should be closed!

Why are you waiting for something to happen and how did you ever get the idea that something will happen? oh and how long have you been waiting so far?

Nope, been too sick to live my life outside of the strictly having a heartbeat sense.

Getting better though, which is nice...so when i'm all better i go back to living my life full time.

    Yes,

I am, also Ive never been as optimistic in my life as I am now,

Im 22, going into the final year of my degree,

Going on the piss quite regularly, spend as much time as i can with my hobbies, I spend lots of time with my family and friends, appreciating what I have, I like to help others, and gain enjoyment from seeing the effects.

I have began to shape out my career & my future, I have set up some contacts abroad & in Ireland for after college and I hope that these will be fruitful.

I live each day as it comes, but mostly, I am at a time in my life where I understand that everything will be what i make of it, and I will reap what I am willing to sow.

My procrastination is fading, my energy levels are rising, my laziness is almost a distant memory.

I know i may be called naiive, and that life will let me down, but even in my small number of years I have been through a lot of big ups and downs, I've been in the real world for years, I'm not fresh from 'mothers milk' I have always tried to learn something from every experience, be it good or bad, I also have found that a positive attitude is one of the best things that one can carry,

my reply isnt witty or sarcastic, i suppose its just an account of my thoughts atm.

all this b.s about extraordinary lives and how wonderful the people are who live them is ...well b.s. the amount of conditions that lead people in every direction in life, the ones you cant really influence, must be incalculable.

count yourself lucky you werent born a jew in 1930's germany, or a bangladesh orphan.... or both.

chance, providence, random sht, shape your life hugely.

Bye living im gonna assume that you mean exploring the world doing random things like leaving your job and snowboarding for 6 months.

well then yeah Ive done every sport i wanted to do Ive dropped 3500 to 1400 meters in 15 minites on glaicers while snowboarding

I spent 6 months living on a beach and surfing every day

Ive climbed an 800 foot 15 pit cliff. Ive kayaked off water falls I've sailed around parts of Ireland, Ive windsurfed in big surf....

The only thing I havent done is had a good job with a really good income once that takes over.... I can say ive had a fair crack at life, all the other things like girl friends and stuff well in ways they can hold you back but in other ways you can have companionship... i guess but yeah Im living...

Stop waiting for something good to happen. Take control of your life and MAKE it happen. Quit your dead-end job TODAY and leave everything in Ireland behind. Run off to a sunnier climate for a while and discover what life is really supposed to be like. It's sweeter than you can ever imagine.

    Dear mortgage lender...

No, purely because I've become very very lazy and hence, don't actually do anything.

It kind of feels like I'm sitting around, waiting to die. Which based on my life expectancy, is going to take about 50 years or so.

I need to get out more....
