I'm currently looking for insurance and when I ring looking for a quote I come to the automated menu system which gives Option 1 for x, Option 2 for y. When I bring up the keypad on my Deisre and press 1 nothing happens. I also had this issue a while ago ringing other companies. I've tried Google but had no joy. Is there…

I've tried Google but had no joy. Is there any way to use automated menu systems with a Desire?

I can't use online quotes as I had a windscreen claim last year which means even though I have full NCB, I made a claim so need to inform them. But most online quote engines aren't designed for this.
