I have 2 sets of data that I want to analyse using ANOVA in SPSS. They are not similar in length, one variable has 23 values and the other slightly more. Can I still do the analysis.

Normal distribution is questioned here do to less than 30, is this ok too?

    Thank you

Can you be more specific - do you have a number of cases with missing scores on one variable? Are you running two separate tests on the different datasets with a similar grouping variable? Depending on the type of test you need, there may be a suitable non-parametric alternative.
