I hate dealing with Sky I had 3 rooms of UPC two were HD all were plus with movies total cost €80

However I am just after joining Sky one room only and free to air sat and Soarview combo box in the other room.

4 mixes no kids or music:D plus movies and sports total cost €72.

All the channels I really watched were on UPC and the red button stuff does noting for me.

Where Sky has impressed me is Movies and Sports in HD and a nice fast guide.

I would be happy to give Sky €5 extra per extra room like UPC €15 euro is a scandal.
The extra rooms cost Sky nothing.

    Opinions is Sky overpriced?

Overpriced is subjective surely? If people are willing to pay what is being asked, then for them, it's not overpriced in the vendors eyes.

It's only when many people cancel things that are overpriced will the vendor take notice.

Sky do a 'wholehome' offer for new customers where 2 or more multiroom boxes are capped at €15 per month. ie if you have 3 multiroom boxes it will cost €15 per month for the lot rather than €45.

This is for the first year only though but I've heard of people getting it for longer.
Was this option not offered to you when you signed up?

Now, now. The ba*tards of this world will be offended to be roped into Sky's company.

Ring 'em up and ask,say you asked originally but the person you dealt with didn't know about the offer and was to ring you back but you got no call.;)

Afaik-if you get through to the UK call centre they don't do this offer or don't know about it,try to speak to someone in Ireland.
If you would like to watch Sky TV in more than two rooms, our Sky Multiroom Wholehome offer for new Sky TV customers is €15 a month for the first 12 months. Please call 0818 719 852 to find out more.
