What are the effects on the body of cutting out carbs, and just eating lots of vegetables and protein?or is it better to have a little carbohydrate in the mornings and lay off it the rest of the day? i have heard so many things such as not eating after 6, do you think this has any effect?

Vetetables provide mostly Carbs ;) so I am guessing your question is about cutting out carbs derrived from starches and getting most/all of your carbs from fiberous sources?

This is pretty much how I eat all the time and I find it great. I eat 20g-30g of oats each morning and then any other carbs I eat are from veg and some fruit.

Do you find if you eat lowish carbs, that your strength suffers in the gym?
