I suffer dizziness all day and when I try to walk I am getting very wobbly. I am tired all the time and find if very difficult to turn around in bed at night. My leg muscles get very tight - what is wrong with me. My speech is slured and my handwriting if very much affected also - I have no aches of pain. Help.

Having tests done and virtigo has been ruled out.

You need a second opinion so if doctors are stumped, dont let it lie and follow up, no point suffering when its probably something minor

Go to a doctor, wouldn't trust advice here on something like this.

Why don't you take a seat right over there?
