I am a loyal BB fan - I watched the launch show tonight on Channel 5 - thought it was very enjoyable and just like the old BB on Channel 4 (minus Davina of course :-)) - I just wondered if there are any other BB fans out there and if so what do you think of BB on Channel 5 - will it survive the transition from Channel 4?

There should be no place for this brain-dead BB rubbish.

Ah, it's great to see the old "this TV programme is for morons" brigade out in force tonight!

I'm always interested as to what mentally enriching, intellectually challenging TV shows such people watch.
Hopefully, they wouldn't be seen dead watching the likes of spoilt, overpaid footballers trying to kick a ball into a net for 90 minutes, or smug, overpaid presenters and celebrities seeing how fast they can zoom around a race track in cars, or cartoons about fat, balding buffoons who say dumb things a lot.

I mean, they must all only watch stuff like Newsnight, The View and meaningful documentaries about the evolutionary cycle of the East African gnat or other similar TV food for the brain.

How I envy their intellectual superiority over the likes of those sad plebs who enjoy switching off for an hour and watching some vacuous sh!t for a bit of harmless entertainment.

I wish I could be just like them :(

The only good thing to ever come out of Big Brother was Dead Set.
