    Hi, I ordered a DSLR camera lens for my father which was dispatched last friday. I was wondering why it still hadn't arrived today so I asked the seller for a tracking number. To my surpise, the tracking number states that it was delivered yesterday. Definitely no packages were delivered yesterday as there was someone in the house all morning/afternoon.

    What do I do now ? PayPal claim ? Ring An Post ? Maybe the postman left it outside the door and someone nicked it :mad:

    First tell the seller that it was not received. See what they say. If they don't help, then Paypal claim it is.

    No point in you contacting the post office, they will simply tell you it was delivered. All they can go on is the tracking number, and you already know what that says. It would be the sender's responsibility to chase this anyway, not yours.

    I rang the post office anyway. The guy said the signature has not been scanned in yet. Told me to ring back in 2 days to find out who signed for it.

    I've told the seller about the situation. Haven't asked him for a refund/replacement though. Gonna wait and see if someone did indeed sign for it.

    I'm guessing if I make a PayPal claim though, I will most certainly lose since the tracking number shows it's been delivered frown.gif ?
