I can't speak for others, but we've worked with Paul in Blackdog in the past and as a general rule I won't recommend people / companies I don't know from personal experience

I wasn't sure whether to start a new thread or not, I hope the OP doesn't mind me asking my question in here.

I'm looking for someone who can do some SEO changes to a Joomla/CMS website. Would any of the recommendations above be able to help, or would I have to get someone who specializes in SEO+CMS ?
