Just wondering does anyone know what small firms are currently giving salary wise for success in cap 1 and cap 2 exams?

    Thanks

depends really. you're lucky to have a job so probably nothing.

The Institute recommendations are stated on the link below. I don't know what smaller practices are like for complying with the recommendation. I know in the case of my employment contract it states that if you succeed in any exams, you will at least get the Institute recommendations.
