Passanger seat broken

    Hi all,

When I got my car a few months ago the winder for the passanger seat back was missing so I picked up one in the breakers yard.
Turns out the bar for it to fit on to is busted so it won't fit. So I just left it, the seat was at an ok angle.

I noticed last night that the seat is now reclined further back than it was, so I concluded it must be due to the busted bar not fitting properly.
My question is, how difficult will it be for me to remove the seat and dismantle it to get a look at it?
And will a breakers yard insist on me buying a full seat if I only want a few parts?
How much are full seats? (02 Opel agila)

Yea I found one for 40. Took a few phone calls tho, not a common car to be looking for in a breakers.

How easy is it to remove a seat from a car?
    Could I do it myself?

If it hasn't got a side airbag, its just a case of unbolting the old seat and bolting the new one in.
Watch out for any wiring that may be attached to the seat before removing the seat and check the condition of the seat belt buckle if its the type that's attached to The seat

The fixing bolts will be very tight so you'll need plenty leverage when loosening them.
