A friend of mine is looking for a 3 bed detached nicely furnished rental property somewhere in the Dunmore Road area(Viewmount, Ardkeen Village, Earls Court etc.) for about €700/month from October.

I thought I would post here to see if any boardies are interested in renting a property in that area and are looking for a good tenant before I send them off to daft.ie!
