Check your Software Update! It's only 17.4 MB for me.
    What's included?

The OS X Lion v10.7.1 Update is recommended for all users running OS X Lion and includes general operating system fixes that enhance the stability and compatibility of your Mac, including fixes that:

Address an issue that may cause the system to become unresponsive when playing a video in Safari.
Resolve an issue that may cause system audio to stop working when using HDMI or optical audio out.
Improve the reliability of Wi-Fi connections.
Resolve an issue that prevents transfer of your data, settings, and compatible applications to a new Mac running OS X Lion.
Resolve an issue in which an admin user account could be missing after upgrading to OS X Lion.

17.1MB here. Smallest OS X update ever?

Yay, fixing problems I wasn't having.

All went well here. But since I purged my system of 3rd party kernel extensions and stopped using Safari, I hadn't been experiencing any problems either. All the same, the greater the number after 10.7 the safer I will feel.

Re: the size of the update, what I'm reading elsewhere is that this is a delta update that changes lines of code rather than replacing whole files.

Kernel panic an hour after installing :(

    I think I'll wait on 10.7.2

Last time I ran an update to fix issues I wasn't having, my MBP's video driver kept crashing forcing me to ssh into the machine to reboot it.

The only 3rd party kernel extensions I've got are VMWare's. Bugs the hell out of me, but I need VMWare for work.

Still having some of the wifi problems I was having before with the computer not connecting to the network after waking from sleep. Looks like it was only a partial fix.

What's your home set up? Found a doc from Princeton university discussing network problems caused by iOS devices. I'm out so I haven't got the link but basically find your iPhone, notifications and push stop even a sleeping device giving up it's ip on a network. So if the lease has expired your network could try to give that ip to your mac and thus cause a conflict. Just a thought?

    Mé féin freisin :(

I also seem to regularly just drop my connection and can't get back on to my network for about 15 minutes!

    Found it.

All my devices have manual ips at home now and I've disabled stuff on my iphone4 and now no network problems and consistent homesharing and AirPlay with appletv2.

    Same here. Very frustrating.

Do any of you guys have an airport extreme/express or time capsule and get these wifi problems? Wonder if it is becoming necessary to have an all Apple set up to avoid niggles?

I've got a Linksys e4200 running a dual band N network and I'm not having dropouts.

Glad to hear it. I use d link and mine is fine at the moment. But apple tv is temperamental and sometimes have to restart the router to get a connection back after sleeping. My mac is fine but sometimes takes about 15 seconds to connect after wake from sleep

Yes I have the time capsule. If I used my MBP more often I would revert to Lion.

I didn't notice any problems with Lion on my 2007 iMac and haven't seen any new problems with 10.7.1.

No, I have an AE, and had issues with wifi dropping when waking from sleep.
Seems to work better now, but an all-Apple setup doesn't make any difference.

I'm having problems with Apogee, just won't play well with Lion at least not for very long. That aside it's just ok.

Not really worth €24 tbh, if it ain't broke...

I've been having some problems with Internet Sharing since updating to 10.7.1. I have to restart it every now and then.

Am still on 10.6.8 and have problems connecting to wifi on wakeup
