    Has anyone been tracking Sony share price over the last few months? Anyone think it has long term gain potential? The hacking into its PS3 network had an effect as well as the tsunami causing its sp to drop significantly since the start of the year.

    The tsunami was a once-off event that has already been booked. Much of the bad publicity from the hacking scandal has passed. The main thing that's killing Sony right now is the strength of the Yen, the Dollar is trading at 76 Yen, which is pretty much unprecedented.

    The Jap intervention 2 weeks ago has set the chart up IMO,
    FXY puts might be a good option
