    Hi Dave,

Take a look at Boyne Hill House. Can't recommend them enough! The website pictures don't do the place justice - so I'd suggest you take a trip up and take a look.

    Website is www.boynehillhouse.ie

BN, the dining room in there looks very odd from the pictures. it looks very narrow and L shaped. is it?

I got married in the Glenview Hotel, it's just outside Dublin. It's about 20 mins down the M50 from Dundrum. Honestly I couldn't recommend it highly enough, staff, food, everything was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. And they've got gorgeous gardens for photos.

are you looking for countryside views or city centre 4/5* like weston, shelbourne or radisson?

70e will get you somewhere very nice in this climate.

try dunboyne and castleknock country clubs or the glenview as toots says is very nice.

Thomas Prior Hall in Bewleys in Ballsbridge - http://www.thomaspriorhall.com/
I didn't get married there but loved the room.

To be honest 100 people and 70 euro per person will get you almost any hotel in Dublin. Is there anything specific you are looking for?

    Hi garhjw,

It is indeed an L shaped room. We were a little put off by this at first, especially from the photos on the website. But after seeing the place set up for the wedding, we thought it actually worked very well.

If you've the time, I think you're better off going to look at it.
Just an fyi - you have to make an appointment for a viewing. There's normally a wedding on all weekend Thu - Sun.

If you'd like anymore info just ask, or pm for details.

Edit: our second choice was a place in Aughrim, Co. Wicklow. I know it's not in Dublin but I mention it because it was a fantastic venue.
However, it doesn't have the accommodation on site like Boyne Hill. I'll see if I can find the name.

    Edit 2: Found it: www.ballybeg.ie
