Keep stum and hold on to them or sell them!

I've emailed them before and they took only about 2 hours to respond but that was over a year ago and it's only one person's encounter. Seeing as they're more expensive, than your original pair I'd imagine Head Direct, like any business would welcome having the more expensive pair back.

What exactly do you mean by don't suit your ears? I know comfortwise that changing from earbuds to IEMS is a little awkward at first but they become second nature over time. You're getting a much better fit and isolation so you can listen to your music in louder and quieter locations without disturbing others. Also try them overear versus underear (straight down like earbuds) to see how they feel. You could also try
changing the ear tips so they might give you a better fit, rubber tips last longer but foam ones tend to give the best seal. Those clear white christmas tree style tips are weird as hell at first but they're very good.

Finally really give them a good solid session and get to know them, don't expect instant miracles but use music you know very well and in a high bit rate to maximise them. If you then go back to what you used previously and compare the two experiences. There is a reason why these are some of the best value out there that you should find out for yourself. If you're used to bassy music these won't sound good at first but if you enjoy classical or some dancey stuff they really sound great.

Sound (8.3/10) – The overall sound is natural and boasts incredible clarity and top-notch separation in the average-sized soundstage. The high-end is incredibly detailed and seems to extend upwards endlessly. The microdetail in the treble is close to the best I have heard. Very impressive also is the apparent flatness of response. The mids have good clarity and are also incredibly detailed. They are very neutral with maybe just a hint of warmth, but lack lushness or liquidity. The lows are not huge in quantity, but very good in detail, extension, and control. These can drop below 35Hz and individual notes can be distinguished all the way down. Overall, it is a sound signature that makes it easy to both tune them into the background and pick out fine details, whichever strikes your fancy at the moment.

Amping: Like being amped, but don’t require it explicitly. High impedance rating is deceiving. Warm amp (e.g. T4) will make these more well-rounded for those who prefer a warmer, darker sound. A more powerful and transparent amp (such as a mini3) will take these to the next level, bringing to the table incredible speed and precision to match the best of the rest.

Value (10/10) – At $79, it is easy to recommend the RE0s as what is probably the best-value all-around earphone for the detail freak and accuracy lover. The RE0s’ sound signature is definitely not for everyone, but those looking for the absolute best accurate sound reproduction to be had in the realm of reasonably-priced IEMs will not be disappointed.

thankyou very much for your answer..
ive gotten no reply from head direct i rang and left a message today as well.but no one called me back.
i just prefer the shape of the yuin pk earphones.ive tried in ear ones before and they kept falling out or are just really loose.and the same with the ones i have got from head direct.
and also the sound i find in them is really thin and not enough bass at all.
but really all that isnt the point, i didnt get what i ordered, more expensive or not they are the wrong ones.

    thanks again.

Both of these points are consistent with an incorrect fit. Make sure you have the earphones inserted deeply enough, with a good seal, and try out all the tips supplied as one pair will suit you best.
