    Orange juice and aspirin, so.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Eat a blast of prunes. That will help you "get rid" of your hangover....

2 cousins of mine are on their way over from France and I have to greet them at 4 AM. Not going to bother sleeping, and I'm half cut atm.. just gonna fling the keys at them and crawl into the shed for the night.

I have my own bed, there a spare one which they'd be sharing.. I'm just in no form to entertain them. I have to be up at 7 and these **** will have me up until then. I can't speak French very well either, and they're not great at English. It'll be like a 2.5 hrs of the worst Only Fools and Horses episode ever.

    Oui bonjour, poppadoms

Fair enough, don't think anyone here will blame you. Just try relax, drink lots of water.

Have a shower, a sweet cup of tea and something salty and a bit greasy, then go back to bed and watch a movie.

Do you have any sleeping tablets op?

Knock them back with a load of water and sleep through the pain.

Hate those nights, I end up with a serious dose of the d.t's - not being able to sleep, nightmares when I do sleep, "the fear" including being worried about stuff I did ten years ago, heartburn and sometimes to top it all off I get sleep paralysis..... just eat as much as possible and stick something uncomplicated and happy on the telly

Does eating help? From the sounds of it I dont quite get it as bad as you, but still its a pain often gone into work on a Monday like a zombie from lack of sleep, but also struggle to eat a lot of times with a hangover.

Going to bed too early is a rookie mistake.

Take some Alka Seltzer, great stuff for hangovers.

And maybe try not to drink at 10 am.

For this type of drinking I will give you some tips learned from bitter personal experience:

    1. Try and arrive home after it gets dark so that at least you will wake up in the morning.

    2. Do not go to sleep anywhere except in bed as you will wake up early and be stuck in your present predicament.

    3. If the funds are availible at the end of it (assuming your not going home because you're broke) have something to eat, you will sleep better after it.

    4. Sleeping tablets if availible.

Finally rock on OP nothing better than going on the piss for the day on the spur of the moment! Bonus points if ye were in the pub calling a mate who refused to take a sick day from work to go on the piss with ye a pussy!
