I have a 2nd round interview coming up and its going to last 2 and half hours and it will involve case studies.

im wondering has anyone alse done this? i did one years ago but cant remember much and it really threw me off and didnt know what to do

it involves being left for half an hr or so and reading over something and compiling questions and asnswers. its like a role playing thing where the interviewers will come back and ask questions about it.

i'll look online to see what i can find

What kind of role are you interviewing for?

    it's a customer service role

seems strange that the interview process is that long

i think it's company procedure as i know of someone who went for a different type of position in the same company and had to do it. I haven't been able to ask them what's involved.
